HOW OUR PRICING WORKS

We charge you for a block amount of time spent at your location, this time slot will include the mobile studio set up as well as the production of the headshot, portrait, action or group photographs. In most cases we will require approximately twenty minutes to set up your location studio, and this should be factored in when working out approximate costs. We realise that every commission is unique, as are budgets, and with this in mind please do call for a friendly chat to discuss the details of your shoot.

Working Transitions have used Marcus’ services on several occasions – to cover an event and for corporate headshots. Marcus is extremely skilled at putting people at ease to capture some great natural shots. We have been extremely happy with Marcus’ work – he is now our ‘go to’ photographer and I would not hesitate to recommend him

  • Headshots, ten minutes per person:

In this time we will:

  • Relax the subject by explaining the process
  • Softly coach to minimise the stress of percieved imperfections
  • Alter the light to best suit the individuals face shape
  • Take the photographs, along with a quick review process to ensure a happy customer

We strongly believe your employees should be happy with the way they look on your website or marketing materials, this is why we guarantee to make a potential nerve racking day into one that is fun and motivational.

  • Portraits, twenty minutes per person:

Corporate portraits take a little longer than headshots because there are more variables to consider in making a great shot. Since more of the body is being shown, lighting becomes more changeable, as well as body position, stance and background choice. More time will also be spent on coaching and reviewing the images in order to provide a winning and well received portrait.

  • Team or group shots, twenty minutes:

Group shots will take twenty minutes, possibly longer, depending on the size of the group, the location and how well the team work together. In order to produce a balanced and pleasing shot the body position of each individual in relation to other members of the group is key, as is the image review process between the photographer and subjects. It is for this reason that we usually use a tethered laptop for the review process.

  • Corporate Action Shots

Representing your team as able and willing to help reassures your clients as to the quality of the service that you provide. These types of shots are set up in a suitable room with branding and props sensitively placed within the frame. We manage the lighting and give the team a hypothetical task or presentation to act out in order to achieve a believable representation of a real life situation. Corporate action shots are also great time fillers that enable you to get the most out of your shoot time.
